Data Entry Operator & Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1)    Financial Data Management: Accurately enter and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and other transactions, into our ERP system.

2)    Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Responsible for managing all capex and op-ex transactions, including processing invoices for timely payment to vendors (AP) and ensuring prompt collection of payments from customers (AR).

3)    Directly support the Founders by maintaining precise accounting records, overseeing expense management, and providing accurate cash flow forecasting and reporting.

4)    Coordinate and manage the relationship with external accounting and audit partners, ensuring the smooth execution of all statutory filings, tax compliance, and periodic bookkeeping duties.

5)    Inventory Management: Track and reconcile inventory levels, process stock movements, and assist with physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.

6)    ERP System Proficiency: Use the ERP system for daily operations, including processing sales and purchase orders, generating reports, and managing financial workflows.

7)    Accounting Support: Help with daily accounting tasks like accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, and expense tracking.

8)    Reporting: Generate regular reports on financial activities, inventory levels, and data accuracy for management review. Maintain organised and up-to-date physical and digital financial and inventory records.

9)    Compliance: Ensure all data entry, accounting, and inventory processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

10)  Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors on time.
