Job Description – Accountant cum Office AssistantCompany: R K Laser Location: Bhosari / (add location) Department: Accounts & Administration Reporting To: Management Accountant-cum-Office Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting in Tally, manage documentation related to sheet metal laser cutting and bending operations, and provide overall administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of R K Laser's office and production activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting (Tally)Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments). Prepare sales invoices and job work bills as per company formats. Record purchase bills, vendor invoices and maintain payable records. Maintain petty cash and daily cash book. Monthly bank reconciliation. Maintain customer and vendor ledger accounts and follow up for payments. Prepare data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS working. 2. Documentation & Office Administration Organize files, delivery notes, POs, invoices and all documentation systematically. Maintain inward/outward challans, job cards, scrap challans and supporting documents. Prepare quotations or cost sheets as per management instructions. Maintain attendance and basic HR records. Coordinate courier/transport for dispatches and maintain dispatch documentation. Maintain office consumable and stationery inventory. 3. Customer & Vendor Coordination Follow up for payment status or any document discrepancies. Share invoices, challans and documents with customers on time. Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, delivery follow-up and basic communication. 4. Production Support (Administrative)Prepare and update daily production reports. Maintain sheet inward records and monitor consumption & scrap. Assist in documentation needed for cutting, bending and job flow. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in accounting & office administration (manufacturing preferred). Proficiency in Tally ERP. Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and reconciliation. Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi). Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
