The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision sheet metal components. This role involves working closely with production teams, and quality control to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize CNC laser cutting programs using CAD/CAM software. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to generate precise cutting paths. Prodvide appropriate cutting parameters, including speed, power, and gas settings, for various materials. Monitor production processes to ensure program accuracy and efficiency. Troubleshoot and modify programs as needed to improve production quality and minimize waste. Collaborate with engineers and machine operators to optimize manufacturing techniques. Maintain documentation of programs, materials, and machine settings for future reference. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Conduct quality inspections to verify part dimensions and specifications. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a CNC Laser Programmer in a sheet metal fabrication environment. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong knowledge of CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, HSG, Bodor, etc.). Understanding of sheet metal materials, properties, and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or formal training in CNC programming or sheet metal fabrication. Experience with nesting software for material optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting (Tally)Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments). Prepare sales invoices and job work bills as per company formats. Record purchase bills, vendor invoices and maintain payable records. Maintain petty cash and daily cash book. Monthly bank reconciliation. Maintain customer and vendor ledger accounts and follow up for payments. Prepare data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS working. 2. Documentation & Office Administration Organize files, delivery notes, POs, invoices and all documentation systematically.
