Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Solar Industry Location: South Bopal  Software: Tally (mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Bookkeeping Record and manage bank entries, sales entries, purchase entries, and journal entries in Tally. Maintain supplier and customer ledgers with accuracy. Handle reconciliations for bank, vendor, and customer accounts. Track accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis. GST & Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GST-1, GST-2B, GST-3B as per statutory timelines. Maintain GST working files and documentation. Reconcile GST input and output taxes. Support statutory and tax audits when required. Logistics & Documentation: Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for material movement. Create and maintain Delivery Challans. Coordinate with logistics for dispatch documentation and status tracking. Procurement Support Maintain purchase records and GRN entries. Coordinate with vendors for bills, payments, and clarifications. Track material inward and outward entries. General Responsibilities Maintain proper accounting records as per company policy. Support monthly closing and MIS reporting. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong knowledge of GST returns, E-Way Bill & Delivery Challan processes. Experience in accounts entries and ledger management. Good knowledge of MS Excel & documentation. Experience in solar or engineering sector preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
