Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (Solar) Industry: Solar EPC / Rooftop / Industrial & Residential Solar Location: Ahmedabad Company: Green Infra Solar No.of opening = 5 nos. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements. Present solar solutions, ROI, and financial analysis to clients. Convert inquiries into sales by building strong customer relationships. Coordinate with the technical & engineering team for proposals and BOQs. Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and weekly sales reporting. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build partnerships with channel partners, builders, societies, and industries. Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills. Knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems (basic technical understanding). Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales. Comfortable with fieldwork & client interactions. Good presentation and analytical skills. Qualification Any graduate (Engineering or MBA preferred). Experience in solar sales is a plus but not mandatory (Freshers can apply depending on role). Salary Range Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depends on experience) Incentives: High-performance-based incentives Other Benefits: Travel allowance, phone allowance, etc.
