Green Infra Solar is hiring a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and schedule appointments for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding solar solutions Explain benefits, subsidies, net metering, ROI, etc. (training provided) Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain call logs and customer database Follow up with interested customers Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets Requirements: Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English Confident and persuasive on calls Ability to handle objections and convert leads Basic computer knowledge Experience in telecalling preferred, but freshers can apply Education: Minimum 12th pass Graduate preferred Salary: Fixed salary + attractive incentives
