Job Description

Position: Telecaller Department: Sales / Loan Department Experience: 1–3 years (Personal Loan or LAP calling experience preferred) Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan or Loan Against Property. Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Generate leads from cold calling and follow up with interested customers. Maintain daily calling reports, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers. Coordinate with sales team for customer meetings and loan processing. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Prior experience in PL or LAP telecalling is mandatory. Basic understanding of loan process, eligibility, and documentation. Ability to convince and handle objections. Strong follow-up and customer service approach.
