Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Calling & CommunicationMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Attend inbound customer enquiries and respond professionally. Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and process clearly. Persuade customers to book appointments, place orders, or generate leads. Maintain polite and positive communication at all times. 2. Lead Generation & Follow-UpIdentify sales opportunities through phone interactions. Maintain follow-up with prospects until closure. Transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain consistent engagement with customers. 3. Customer HandlingUnderstand customer needs and queries. Provide accurate information and solutions. Handle objections confidently. Maintain strong customer relationships. 4. Documentation & ReportingRecord call details, customer data, and interaction summaries. Update CRM, spreadsheets, or call logs daily. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management. 5. Compliance & QualityFollow call scripts and company guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of customer data. Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets. Ensure high call quality and customer satisfaction.
