Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Duties: Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP) Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers Assist in bank reconciliation statements Support in GST-related work including data preparation, returns, and compliance Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements Coordinate with auditors and accountants as required Administrative & Assistant Duties: Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital) Assist in preparing letters, reports, and basic correspondence Support senior staff in office coordination and follow-ups Handle data entry and maintain MIS reports Assist in tender-related documentation, if required Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments Qualifications & Skills:B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred) 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply) Basic knowledge of accounting principles Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office Familiarity with GST and statutory compliance (preferred) Good organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
