Job Title: AccountantLocation: Mumbai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply) Education: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent) Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be able to manage day-to-day financial transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (Journal, Ledger, and Cash Book) Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare GST returns and assist in tax filing Assist with TDS calculations and returns Bank reconciliation and vendor payments Maintain accurate financial records and reports Support audits and financial analysis Requirements:Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, etc.) Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar) Understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills:Experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Knowledge of MS Excel and word Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance
