Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: [Factory Location] Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Production Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating industrial machinery in a factory setting. You will be responsible for ensuring machines are running efficiently, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining product quality. Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Perform regular machine setup and adjustments. Conduct routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly. Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervisors immediately. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Assist in packaging, labeling, and moving finished products if required. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a factory or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with production machinery and basic mechanical knowledge. Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints. Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle materials. Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Benefits:Competitive salary between ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 depending on experience.
