Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Mumbai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals over the phone or online, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and chat to present products/services Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the best solutions Close sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams for coordinated efforts Handle basic after-sales support and escalate issues when necessary Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing (freshers may be considered with excellent communication skills) Good spoken and written communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales in industries like SaaS, FMCG, EdTech, or Financial Services Perks and Benefits:Performance-based incentives Training and development programs Opportunity to grow into team lead or field sales roles
