JOB DESCRIPTION – INSIDE SALES -EXECUTIVE/ SR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for Sales Executives – Inside sales to build and enhance sales through outbound calls. This is target based position

EXPERIENCE

Professional experience of 1-2 years, outbound calling team in sales, preferably from insurance, broking or banking industry

Key Deliverables

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up
• Interact with domestic and international clients / prospects
• Outbound cold calls and emails, identify key players and generate interest in the prospect.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and close the sales of warm leads
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

- Strong phone presence

-Well versed in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Experience working with a CRM
• Proficient in achieving targets and web presentation tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
