Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and statutory requirements Prepare tax returns, GST/TDS filings (if applicable), and other regulatory documents Support year-end closing processes and external audits Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational and time-management abilities Show more Show less
