The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling OHE materials, strong understanding of BOMs, and the ability to manage store functions efficiently at project sites. Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of Railway OHE materials. Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, material issue slips, and inventory records. Ensure proper handling and storage of OHE materials like fittings, insulators,clamps, hardware, etc. Verify materials as per Bill of Materials (BOM) and approved drawings. Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and vendors for material planning. Plan logistics for timely material delivery to various site locations. Track material consumption vs. project progress and highlight shortages proactively. Ensure compliance with Railway standards for storing and handling OHE components. Maintain minimum stock levels and raise requisitions as required. Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
