Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including
vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries
.
Manage
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
, ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Maintain
accurate books of accounts
in Tally/ERP and ensure proper record keeping.
Prepare and file
GST returns
, TDS calculations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing
monthly financial statements
, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
Reconcile
bank accounts, vendor ledgers, customer accounts
, and petty cash.
Support
audit processes
, coordinate with internal/external auditors, and provide required documentation.
Manage
inventory accounting
, purchase entries, and expense monitoring.
Organize and maintain
invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans
, and other financial documents.
Provide financial insights related to
budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management
.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books
(as applicable)
Good understanding of
GST, TDS, Income Tax
, and standard accounting principles.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent qualification.
Additional certifications in
Accounting or Taxation
will be an added advantage.
