Job Description

Meck Pharmaceuticals Chemicals Pvt Ltd is hiring a responsible and detail-oriented JR. ACCOUNTANT to support procurement activities for our Sanand manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with working knowledge of Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

Generated and analyzed GST reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
Maintain and record fixed assets
Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
Basic understanding of purchase workflow and documentation.
Good communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
