Accountant

Job Title: Accountant – Hospitality Domain Location: Juhu, Mumbai Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Finance Manager / General Manager Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for our hospitality outlets. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and PagarBook, with strong exposure to daily cash flow tracking, outlet-wise P&L preparation, and statutory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Juhu, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations: entries, reconciliation, cash handling, and documentation. Maintain P&L per outlet and prepare monthly financial summaries. Track and report daily cash collection across outlets. Use Tally ERP for bookkeeping and PagarBook for payroll coordination. Ensure accurate and timely vendor bill entries and staff payouts. Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Collaborate with operational teams for data collection and reporting. Assist with audits, internal checks, and budgeting activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the hospitality or service sector. Proficiency in Tally ERP, PagarBook, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of multi-outlet accounting, P&L management, and daily cash flow. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
