ob Summary:We are seeking skilled and passionate Continental Chefs (CDP & DCDP level) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of continental dishes, with a focus on maintaining high quality and consistency. You will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and contributing to menu innovation. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes according to standard recipes. Assist in planning and executing menu items, daily specials, and food promotions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Monitor food stock and coordinate with the kitchen team for inventory and ordering. Supervise Commis Chefs and ensure kitchen tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Support the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen operations and training junior staff. Ensure all food preparation and storage areas are compliant with health standards. Required Skills:Proficient in Continental cooking techniques: grilling, sautéing, baking, etc. Good understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene protocols. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders. Team player with leadership qualities for CDP roles. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Continental kitchens.
