· Manage comprehensive accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance tailored to fabrication and erection projects.
· Perform project accounting by tracking costs, revenues, and budgets related to raw material procurement, labor, subcontracts, and equipment usage.
· Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cost variance reports, inventory valuations, and cash flow specific to fabrication and erection activities.
· Collaborate with project managers for accurate financial reporting on individual projects, ensuring cost control and timely billing.
· Maintain compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
· Reconcile project accounts, supplier invoices, and subcontractor payments, ensuring accurate financial records aligned with project timelines.
· Use accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems adapted for manufacturing and construction sectors.
· Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement of materials, tools, and office supplies to support fabrication and erection projects.
· Maintain records related to employee attendance, payroll, site permits, safety compliance, and project documentation.
