Accounting Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledgers. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers. Handle GST filing, TDS, PF/ESI data support, and other statutory compliance. Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts. Manage petty cash, payment follow-ups, and cash flow records. Assist in payroll preparation and maintain salary-related documents. Prepare monthly financial reports and share with management. Maintain stock register and coordinate with stores for inventory accuracy. Administrative Responsibilities 9. Manage office operations, documentation, and record-keeping. 10. Coordinate with vendors, handle purchase orders, and track deliveries. 11. Oversee office maintenance, utilities, and supplies management. 12.
