Job Description

Accounting Responsibilities

  1. Maintain daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledgers.
  2. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  3. Handle GST filing, TDS, PF/ESI data support, and other statutory compliance.
  4. Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
  5. Manage petty cash, payment follow-ups, and cash flow records.
  6. Assist in payroll preparation and maintain salary-related documents.
  7. Prepare monthly financial reports and share with management.
  8. Maintain stock register and coordinate with stores for inventory accuracy.
