Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.

Handle bank reconciliations, payroll, and preparation of financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

Support audit preparation, budgeting, and expense control.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure smooth office financial operations.

Administrative & Project Coordination:

Oversee general administrative functions, including staff coordination, documentation, and vendor management.

Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of interior and display works,

Assist in purchasing furniture, lighting, display fixtures, and materials as per approved shop design,

Supervise the installation of showcases, mirrors, signage, and dcor items during the initial setup of the showroom only.

Manage setup-related documentation, quotations, and invoices.

Follow up with suppliers, electricians, carpenters, and technicians for on-time delivery and installation.

Support store layout planning and display arrangements.

Assist in inventory setup before opening (display tagging, labeling, and stock organization).

Provide administrative support to the owner (calls, coordination, scheduling, and correspondence).

After opening, optionally assist with daily store operations, including maintenance coordination and procurement
