Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of interior and display works. Assist in purchasing furniture, lighting, display fixtures, and materials as per shop design. Oversee installation of showcases, mirrors, signage, and dcor items. Manage basic documentation, quotations, and invoices related to setup works. Follow up with suppliers, electricians, carpenters, and technicians for on-time delivery and installation. Support store layout planning and display arrangement. Help in inventory setup before opening (display tagging, labeling, stock arrangement). Perform administrative support tasks for the owner (calls, coordination, scheduling). After opening, optionally assist with daily store operations such as maintenance coordination or procurement. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in retail setup, project coordination, or administrative roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of interior or shop fit-out work. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Preferably with a background in jewelry, luxury retail, or project coordination. Employment Type: Temporary or Contract (3 to 6 months, until shop opening) Option to continue as permanent staff after opening.
