Job Description

As an Account US Sales representative at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients in the US market while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor strategies, providing regular feedback to management on market conditions. Collaboration with team members is essential as you share best practices and insights to drive sales success. Additionally, you will assist clients with product inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly. Your role will involve preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to diverse audiences, monitoring sales performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize profitability. Participation in trade shows and industry events to promote Mindtel's services is expected, along with utilizing CRM tools to track sales activity and client interactions. Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients will be part of your responsibilities, along with training and mentoring new sales team members as needed. You will also prepare reports on sales activities and forecasts for management, staying informed about changes in the US market and adapting approaches accordingly. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the US market, is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment, are essential. Strong negotiation skills, familiarity with sales CRM software and tools, and excellent time management abilities are also necessary. Analytical skills to assess sales data and trends, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings are expected. Comfort working late hours to align with US client needs, previous exposure to consumer technology or software products, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets are advantageous. A positive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, and strong ethical standards and professionalism will contribute to your success in this role.,
