Job Title: Account US Sales (NIGHT SHIFT) Work Mode: Hybrid Location: India Role Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify and engage potential clients in the US market. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor strategies. Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights. Assist clients with product inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to diverse audiences. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Mindtel’s services. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and client interactions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability. Train and mentor new sales team members as needed. Prepare reports on sales activities and forecasts for management. Stay informed about changes in the US market and adapt approaches accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the US market. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with sales CRM software and tools. Well-organized with excellent time management abilities. Analytical skills to assess sales data and trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings. Comfortable working late hours to align with US client needs. Previous exposure to consumer technology or software products is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning. Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
