The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Account Partner to drive growth for our Data Cloud and AI-enabled solutions. You will be responsible for new business generation, strategic account management, and revenue growth in the Indian pharmaceutical and MedTech market. This is a foundational sales role with high visibility and long-term impact on the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Data Cloud and AI-driven product lines.

  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new opportunities across pharma and MedTech accounts.

  • Create and execute detailed account and territory plans aligned with customer priorities.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, leveraging cross-functional teams where needed.

  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and value-driven pitches tailored to customer pain points.

  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Digital, and IT functions.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to shape customer conversations.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and business reporting using CRM tools like Hubspot.

  • Serve as a thought partner and product evangelist, influencing customers and internal teams on the future of AI in pharma data.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS/technology sales, ideally within pharma, life sciences, or MedTech.

  • Proven track record of consultative selling, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Ability to articulate data value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (Hubspot or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a passion for technology-driven impact.
