Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services. Handle account management tasks including invoicing, reporting, and contract renewals. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure client requirements are met. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Track, analyze, and report account performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Good knowledge of account management, sales, and customer service principles. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software. Result-oriented with a focus on meeting targets and KPIs.
