Job Description

As a Team Lead Account Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers and Account Executives, driving client satisfaction and retention through strategic account management and exceptional service delivery. Your role will encompass overseeing project management, ensuring process efficiency, and developing comprehensive project strategies and roadmaps. You will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships, optimizing account processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of SRV Media.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong client relationships and ensure client retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building.

  • Project Management:

    Oversee projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes, while maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality.
  • Process Management:

    Ensure the team complies with all project lifecycle requirements and align team members to a common goal by providing clear briefs and fostering active involvement in the project.
  • Team Management:

    Lead the team in executing projects efficiently and without errors, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Planning, Strategy and roadmap:

    Develop, strategize, and implement plans to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, achieving all established goals and KPIs.
  • Client’s Expectation Clarity:

    Maintain regular communication with clients from project onboarding to closure, setting and managing delivery and performance expectations.
  • Account Growth and Upscaling:

    Devise and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and boost revenue.

Requirements

Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year in mentoring and leadership roles.

Skills :

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
