We’re looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about building talent pipelines and managing client relationships across the US and Canada, including IT markets.

Job Title: Account Manager – US Staffing (Full-Time Hiring For TCS Account)

Manage and grow assigned client accounts in the US region.

Understand client hiring needs, business priorities, and culture for accurate candidate alignment.

Obtain and analyze full-time hiring requirements from clients.

Prioritize urgent and niche job orders to ensure timely submission.

Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery.

Ensure high-quality candidate submissions with proper screening and documentation.

Review resumes before sending to clients to ensure alignment with job expectations.

Maintain submission-to-interview-to-offer ratio with continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for account expansion (new roles, new departments, new clients).

Drive placement revenue through successful closures of full-time positions.

Strong knowledge of US job markets, industries, and hiring trends.

Experience managing multiple clients at once.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.

Experience in ATS platforms (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.) preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
