📌 Job Title:

Account Executive – Sai Skill Technology Pvt Ltd.


📘 Role Summary:

The Account Executive supports operational and administrative functions related to client accounts, project coordination, and assessment delivery in alignment with NCVET guidelines. This role works under the guidance of the Account Manager to ensure accurate record-keeping, coordination with partners, and smooth communication across stakeholders.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Partner Support

  • Assist in onboarding new training providers, awarding bodies, or sector skill councils (SSCs).
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic queries from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain timely communication regarding assessment schedules, documents, and requirements.

2. Documentation & Data Entry

  • Prepare and update assessment records, invoices, contracts, MoUs, and candidate lists as per NCVET/NSQF formats.
  • Ensure timely submission of data to authorities/partners via emails, portals, or physical formats.
  • Support documentation for audits or inspections.

3. Assessment Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, assessors, and clients to finalize dates, venues, and logistics.
  • Maintain assessment calendars and tracking sheets (offline and online).
  • Support the deployment of assessors as per NCVET norms (qualification, experience, location).

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Generate routine MIS reports on assessments, candidate performance, and assessor deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM/ERP systems or Excel.

5. Finance & Billing Support

  • Coordinate with finance to ensure proper invoicing and follow-ups on payments.
  • Track billing milestones and support resolution of billing discrepancies.

6. Compliance Support

  • Assist in ensuring all assessments follow NCVET/SSC-approved SOPs.
  • Flag deviations or issues to the Account Manager for resolution.


✅ Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, back-office coordination, or operational roles.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and email etiquette.
  • Familiarity with skilling/education/assessment sector preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.


💡 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with NSDC, SSCs, or NCVET-recognized organizations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM, MIS tools, or assessment platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of schemes like PMKVY, NAPS, or state-level skilling programs.
