Account Manager

1. - Manage day-to-day accounting – AP/AR, ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

2. Ensure statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and audit coordination.

3. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for business efficiency.

4. Identify tender opportunities on GeM, MP Tenders, and other procurement portals.

5. Prepare & submit bids – Ensure accurate documentation (financial bids, EMD, BGs,

compliance certificates).

6. Track tender status, respond to queries, and assist in contract finalization.

7. Maintain vendor registrations on government portals (GeM, Udyam, etc.).

8. Coordinate with teams (sales, operations) for tender requirements and financial data.

9. Handle post-order billing, payment follow-ups, and financial closure of contracts.

10. Prepare project cost centre.

11. GST, TDS filing and reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B)

12. Preparation of PI (Proforma Invoice) and quotations

13. Handling accounts payable and receivable

14. Participation in tender bidding (GeM, MP e-Tender, and other portals)

15. Preparation and submission of tender documents (technical & financial)

16. Creation and management of project-wise cost centres

17. Procurement coordination and follow-up with vendors

18. Issuance of purchase orders (POs)

19. Price comparison and vendor quotation management

20. Inventory tracking – physical and digital

21. Preparation of MIS and basic financial reports

22. Coordination with sales and admin departments

23. Support in office administration and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
