1. Payroll Management
Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for all resort employees.
Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and professional tax.
Coordinate with HR for employee compensation, full & final settlements, and tax declarations.
2. Vendor & Administrative Payments
Scrutinize and validate all vendor bills and release payments in a timely manner.
Maintain updated vendor records and payment schedules.
Ensure administrative and operational bills are processed within agreed timelines.
3. Cash Fund Flow Management
Monitor daily cash flows and ensure optimal liquidity for day-to-day operations.
Manage petty cash, ensure fund availability for operational needs, and reconcile regularly.
Forecast fund requirements and coordinate with central finance for disbursements and allocations.
4. Cost Control & Budgeting
Implement and monitor cost control measures across all departments.
Conduct variance analysis on budgets vs actuals and highlight deviations.
Work closely with departmental heads to align expenditure with budgetary constraints.
5. Statutory Compliance & Audits
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PT, etc.) as per applicable laws.
Maintain proper documentation and readiness for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government bodies as required.
6. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Generate accurate and timely financial reports as per company standards and formats.
Maintain dashboards and KPIs to assist management in decision-making.
7. Financial Analysis
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Support pricing strategies, promotions, and investment decisions with data-driven insights.
Timely reporting and response to corporate finance team
