Account Manager for Domestic Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring across various industries and functions.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of issues.
• Track, monitor, and report on hiring progress and performance metrics.
• Work closely with clients on workforce planning and upcoming demands.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in

  domestic hiring/recruitment

  .
• Prior experience in

  account management or client servicing

  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize demands effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
