Job Description – Deputy Manager (Factory Commercial)
Role: LeadDesignation: Deputy ManagerQualification: M.Com / MBA / Inter CAExperience: 10–15 years (Manufacturing industry preferred; electrical manufacturing desirable)Job Location: Kherdi, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar HaveliRole & Responsibilities1. Factory Accounts & Finance ManagementManage plant-level accounting, cost control, MIS, and financial reporting.Support budgeting, variance analysis, and factory financial planning.2. Export DocumentationHandle complete export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, LUT/Bond, and shipping coordination.3. Inventory & Stores ManagementOversee stock control, consumable stores, GRN, cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory valuation.4. GST & TaxationStrong working knowledge of GST laws and compliance.Manage GST returns, reconciliation, input credit, and statutory filings.5. Compliance & Government LiaisonCoordinate with GST Department, Ministry of Commerce, DGFT, Customs, and other government authorities.Ensure timely regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.6. Audit ManagementHandle statutory, internal, and government audits.Ensure documentation readiness and timely closure of audit observations.7. Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Production, SCM, Quality, and Corporate Finance teams to support factory operations.
