Role Overview:

Responsible for costing, financial controls, subsidy documentation, taxation compliance, and import export processes. Ensures accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth coordination with government bodies and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare product costing and reconcile standard vs. actual costs with variance analysis.
Handle submissions for MPIDC, MP Electricity Board, and other subsidy-related departments.
Manage GST and indirect tax compliance and liaise with local authorities.
Raise customer invoices, packing lists, and issue debit/credit notes.
Implement and improve internal control systems, including IT-based controls.
Manage import export documentation and statutory licences.
