Key Responsibilities Lead the full software development lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices. Architect, design, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, business) to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions to strengthen the platform. Requirements 3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack development with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior engineering role. Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Solid understanding of front-end technologies: React (Redux, Hooks, Context API), HTML5, CSS3. Strong back-end development skills: RESTful API design, database management, server-side logic. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD). Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GraphQL and TypeScript.
