Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, networking, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular updates on progress.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present reports on business development performance to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• [2–5+] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [insert industry: tech, finance, SaaS, etc.].
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Existing network of industry contacts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
