Job Responsibilities: As the Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include: Identify Business Opportunities o Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Build and Maintain Client Relationships o Establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies o Create strategic plans to increase expand market presence, and achieve business goals. Lead Generation and Sales o Generate leads, pitch products or services, and convert prospects into customers. Negotiate Deals and Contracts o Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, including negotiating pricing and contractual terms. Collaborate with Internal Teams o Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities. Prepare Reports and Presentations o Provide regular reports on sales performance & market insights. Attend Industry Events o Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and gain leads. Customer Retention and Upselling o Ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and cross-selling. Meet Targets o growth targets as set by leadership. Engage with B2C and B2B inquiries personally, virtually, or through various media channels to address their queries and discuss business opportunities and expand market presence.
