Roles and Responsibilities:- Position: Accountant Manager : Experience: 6 to 9 years Mode of Work: From office Location: JM road, Shivaji Nagar About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Individual with a strategic and solution-driven mind set. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Knowledge of Finance management and Daily accounting alongside real estate compliances. Along with proficiency in team management, financial software, Tally, and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Finance Management (75%) o Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. o Analyse financial performance and prepare financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. o Drive financial audits, reconciliations, and accuracy in financial statements. 2. Accounting & Bookkeeping (25%) o Maintain general ledgers, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. o Conduct account reconciliations and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. o Ensure accuracy in reporting and adherence to compliance requirements. 3. System and Software Proficiency o Proficiently operate financial software, Tally, and ERP systems to streamline processes and ensure accuracy. o Implement and leverage technological solutions for financial and operational efficiencies. 4. Team Management o Lead, train, and mentor team members, ensuring clarity in roles and accountability. o Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of financial integrity and operational efficiency. 5. Strategic Mind-set and Problem Solving o Possess a strategic mind-set to analyse trends, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities. o Provide solutions to complex financial and operational challenges. Qualifications:  PG/ MBA in Finance.  Minimum 6- 9 yrs years of experience, ideally within the real estate industry.  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.  Expertise in Tally, ERP systems, and other financial software Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Do you have real estate experience ?
