Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial activities and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts team, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CMA (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
