The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver client requirements. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, preparing reports, and providing clients with regular updates on their accounts. Qualifications Strong experience in customer relationship management and account management Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
