Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bagroda Industrial Area Bhojpur Road Bhopal. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to increase sales, managing client contracts, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on customer commitments. Qualifications Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills Sales and Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant experience in the safety products industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
