Position Overview We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Head with 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting and taxation functions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Finalisation of Accounts , along with the ability to independently handle compliance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Finalisation of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation of accounts. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns . Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and coordinate with auditors/consultants. Handle assessments, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities. Monitor cash flow, payables, receivables, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Guide and supervise the accounts team for accuracy and efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS . Strong expertise in finalisation of accounts and tax compliance . Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP or similar accounting software . Analytical, detail-oriented, and good communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a small team. Qualifications & Experience Education: M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years in accounting and taxation, with proven exposure to GST, Income Tax, and Finalisation of Accounts. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
