Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for assigned clients, building long-term relationships and trust.
• Understand client goals, business challenges, and market landscape to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the

  end-to-end client lifecycle

  — onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, support) to deliver value and resolve client needs.
• Identify

  upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  , driving revenue growth within accounts.
• Track account health metrics, proactively addressing risks to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver

  business reviews and performance reports

  to clients and leadership.

Key Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience

  in Account Management / Customer Success / Client Services, preferably in [Industry – SaaS, IT services, Consulting, etc.].
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding account growth targets.
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking.
• Ability to
