Account Manager

As an Account Manager (AM) supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) in maintaining and building the RM wealth management business, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Financial Planning, Portfolio Strategy, and Reporting: - Assisting the RM in creating financial plans for clients based on their requirements and our 2-point strategy through a 6-step process. - Regularly reporting the portfolio performance, highlighting asset allocation and IRR. - Identifying and addressing variations between clients" actual portfolios and the strategic plan. - Identifying Opportunities within Clients" Portfolios: - Evaluating opportunities based on recommendations from the product team across MFs, Structured Products, changes in asset class views, and Alternatives. - Supporting RM in Business Development: - Assisting in acquiring a database of potential clients. - Maintaining a database of referrals. - Documentation: - Handling MF transactions for clients, including non-financial transactions like changing bank mandates. - Managing SPs transactions for clients. - Opening broking/DP accounts. - Attending to Client Queries. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in financial planning or wealth management. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with investment products like MFs and Structured Products. - Knowledge of broking/DP account opening procedures.
