About the Role: This role ensures smooth execution of curated experiences such as factory visits, offsites, and personalized gifting—delivering precision and consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: • Execute client’s office visits annually with full client coordination and reporting. • Manage birthday gifting and maintain florist/vendor network across 5 key cities. • Own and update the Platinum Client Master List and monthly interaction tracker. • Coordinate hospitality and logistics for 2 marquee client offsites annually.
