Assistant Manager Client Experience Centre Manager and Storyteller The Experience Centre Storyteller is the face and voice of the Client Experience Centre (CEC). This role is responsible for designing, curating, and delivering engaging client experiences that tell compelling stories about our capabilities, solutions, sector expertise, and vision for the future. The storyteller/host will work closely with sector leaders, solution owners, and creative teams to ensure every client visit is impactful, tailored, and memorable. Ultimately driving relationship growth and trust of new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities
Client Hosting & Storytelling
Welcome and host clients, partners, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and warmth. Deliver customized storytelling sessions aligned with client needs, sector priorities, and EY value propositions. Guide visitors through various Experience Centre zones (AI, Green Journey, Mega Trends, Four Futures, Sector Solutions, etc.) with engaging narratives. Adapt presentation style and content dynamically based on audience profile and engagement cues.
Experience Design & Curation
Collaborate with Experience Centre Manager and sector leaders to design client visit agendas. Incorporate relevant case studies, demos, and data points into stories. Ensure thematic continuity and emotional connection throughout the visitor journey. Integrate EY brand voice, tone, and messaging into every interaction.
Coordination & Preparation
Liaise with account/sector teams to understand client objectives before visits. Coordinate with technical, creative, and operations teams to ensure all zones and demos are ready. Review and rehearse storytelling flow before each client session.
Content & Knowledge Management
Maintain updated knowledge of EY offerings, sector trends, and market developments. Update scripts, decks, and storytelling assets regularly. Curate success stories, client impact narratives, and innovation showcases.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Capture and analyse visitor feedback for quality improvement. Share insights with leadership and account teams to strengthen client relationships. Suggest creative enhancements for zones, demos, and narratives.
To qualify for the role, you must have -
Core Competencies
Exceptional storytelling and public speaking skills. Strong presence, confidence, and stage management. Ability to simplify complex technical or sectoral concepts into relatable narratives. Client-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence. Strong coordination and time management skills. Proficiency in English (Must)
Technical & Business Skills
Familiarity with new technology solutions, and sector trends. Knowledge of EY service lines and industry offerings (can be learned on job). Comfort using AV/interactive display technologies.
Behavioural Skills
Warm, engaging personality with natural rapport-building ability. Adaptable and quick-thinking under changing circumstances. Collaborative and proactive in a team environment.
Ideally, you will also be
Onsite presence required during client visits. Flexible to work extended hours for special events or international client visits. Travel may be required to support Experience Centre activations in other locations.
