This role offers exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to support team members in navigating complex tax considerations for clients. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive corporate tax advisory services, covering strategic planning, in-depth research, and support for mergers and acquisitions. Manage client engagements, working closely with C-suite executives to conduct financial due diligence on middle-market companies across diverse industries. Partner with private equity firms, strategic clients, and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as other M&A tax-related activities. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver thorough due diligence and innovative tax structuring solutions, effectively presenting key findings and opportunities to clients. Assist clients with complex tax matters, including bankruptcy emergence planning, out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, tax basis assessments, earnings and profits calculations, and Section 382 studies.
