Role Description

The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharuch. The Account Manager will oversee key customer accounts, develop strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, developing sales plans, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring timely delivery of all services and products to clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tracking customer needs, preparing reports, and CRM tools
• Problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet targets effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred
• Work experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors is an advantage
